1. Sales to Private Consumers (B2C)

1.1 Ordering and Payment

Orders from private customers are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment methods.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

1.2 Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days using GLS or another delivery partner.
For deliveries outside of Scandinavia, a longer delivery time may be expected due to local customs or logistics delays.

1.3 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Only unused and unopened products are eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1.4 Warranty

We offer a 24-month warranty according to Danish consumer protection law.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period after the issue is discovered.

2. Sales to Businesses and Public Entities (B2B/B2G)

2.1 Ordering and Invoicing

Companies and public institutions may order via invoice or EAN. Payment terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Product Range

All B2B and B2G purchases are limited to our 5-pack products.
10-pack and 20-pack products are available exclusively to private consumers and may not be used for resale or institutional purposes.

2.3 Delivery

Delivery terms and lead times are agreed individually. Ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer upon delivery.

2.4 No Right of Withdrawal

B2B and B2G purchases are not subject to cancellation rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.5 Complaints and Defects

Any complaint must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to remedy defects through replacement, repair, or credit.

3. Data Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All purchases are subject to Danish law.
Disputes will be settled in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
